Open the Web App while connected, sign in, choose the reserve and allow location access. Download the available reserve pack when offered.

Location can work without mobile data
Satellite GPS can still estimate your position offline, but the browser needs location permission and a clear view of the sky. Accuracy may take longer to settle.
Preserve the original photo
When uploading later, choose the original file rather than a screenshot or messaging-app copy. Copies often remove capture time and GPS metadata.
Queue first, sync later
Offline reports remain on the device until a connection returns. Keep the tab or installed Web App available and confirm that the queued item shows as uploaded before deleting the original.
