Add Wild This Way to your Home Screen.

This creates a shortcut to the current Web App, which opens in its own app-like window. It is not a separate App Store or Google Play app, and you may need to sign in the first time you open it.

iPhone · Safari

Add to Home Screen

  1. Open wildthisway.com/live in Safari.
  2. Tap Share (the square with an upward arrow).
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if shown.
  4. Tap Add, then open the icon from your Home Screen.
Safari does not offer a one-tap install button from this page. If “Add to Home Screen” is missing, scroll to the bottom of the Share sheet and choose Edit Actions.
Android · Chrome

Install the Web App

  1. Open wildthisway.com/live in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ browser menu.
  3. Choose Install app or Install and create shortcut, then follow the prompts.
  4. Open the Wild This Way icon from your Home Screen.
If Chrome offers only “Add to Home screen” or “Create shortcut”, use that option. The steps can vary with your browser and phone.
Seeing an old paw or only a “W” on iPhone?

iPhone can keep the artwork from when a shortcut was first added. Keep the old shortcut for now. Open wildthisway.com/live directly in Safari, refresh, then use Share → Add to Home Screen to make a new shortcut. Sign in and check My Wild for any pending phone-only reports before removing the old icon; deleting it may remove unsent drafts.

If this page opened inside ChatGPT, WhatsApp or another in-app browser, open wildthisway.com/live in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android first. Your phone controls location permission; adding the icon does not grant it automatically.
