These terms apply to the controlled Wild This Way beta operated by Wild This Way (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/709388/07. The beta is an evolving field product, not an emergency, safety or guaranteed-navigation service.
Your account
Provide accurate registration details, keep your password private, and use one personal account. Your email must be verified before access opens. We may pause or revoke access where an account threatens wildlife, people, data integrity or the service.
Your contributions
Only submit sightings, photographs, recordings and map corrections that you are entitled to share and believe are accurate. Never approach, disturb, bait or endanger wildlife to earn points. Recognition and rewards depend on approved quality, can be corrected, and have no cash value unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise.
Sensitive wildlife stays protected
Do not publish endangered or sensitive locations elsewhere. Wild This Way may withhold, generalise, restrict or remove any location. Sensitive records are excluded from personal exports and ordinary staff access; only the authenticated owner account may review them inside the application.
Maps, sightings and navigation
Wildlife moves, community reports can be closed when visitors report that an animal is no longer there, and maps or visitor information can be incomplete. Follow reserve rules, signs, closures and staff instructions. Never operate the service while driving unless it is safe and lawful; a passenger should report sightings.
Ongoing build and personal backups
Features, tiers, maps, data and availability will change during the beta. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or permanent retention. Download non-sensitive sightings and recordings regularly and keep your original media elsewhere. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending access
You may request account deletion or data access through My Wild or by contacting us. We may retain limited legal, fraud-prevention and security records where required. Beta access is separate from the official waiting list and does not place you on that list.
