Supplier application notice · version supplier-application-v1-2026-10-05
An application starts a review—not a booking business.
This notice covers the first supplier-onboarding stage operated by Wild This Way (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/709388/07. It explains the current product boundary plainly. Submission does not create approval, a public listing, a customer booking, a payment account or a supplier agreement.
Who should apply
Real guides, tour operators, accommodation providers, responsible wildlife activities, rentals and practical field services may propose listings. Applicants must have authority to represent the business and must provide accurate information they are entitled to share.
What is collected
The application stores the signed-in account identity and verified email; legal and trading names; organisation type; optional registration number and secure website address; business phone; country, region and town; a business summary; and one to five listing proposals with type, title, description, general destination, currency, price and pricing basis. It also stores declaration versions, timestamps, receipt status, review decisions and an immutable decision history. Do not submit bank details, card details, identity documents, protected wildlife locations or sighting data through this form.
Private review and public fields
Applications are visible only to the applicant through their signed-in account and to approved Wild This Way owners or administrators. A submitted application is never public by default. If both the supplier and an individual listing are separately approved and published, the visitor directory may show the supplier name, listing type, title, description, general location and published price basis. It does not publish the applicant email, phone, registration number, account identifier, internal notes or commission setting.
Wildlife protection comes first
No application may sell or reveal protected locations, use live sightings as commercial inventory, guarantee a wildlife encounter, or encourage baiting, harassment, unlawful access, exploitative captive encounters, trophy hunting or canned hunting. Commercial prominence cannot buy priority on the live wildlife map.
Approval and commission
Wild This Way may ask for licences, permits, insurance or other evidence appropriate to the service before approval. The Control Centre can record a proposed commission percentage only during owner or administrator review. That internal setting does not bind either party. Before any paid booking opens, a separate supplier agreement must set commission, taxes, customer funds, payouts, refunds, cancellation terms, availability duties, complaints, chargebacks and required customer protections.
Correction, withdrawal and retention
Use the application reference when asking to correct or withdraw information. Applications and their decision history are retained while review or an approved supplier relationship is active, and afterward only as needed for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion at info@wildthisway.com; limited audit or legal records may still need to be kept. Read the full privacy notice for current safeguards and rights information.
